We are saddened to announce that registration for the Dynamics SL User Group Fall Conference is nearing the end! As of the end of regular registration on Jul 31st, we have well EXCEEDED the attendance numbers of our 2010 confence and are very close to meeting our 2011 conference capacity. How to Register
1. RECOMMENDATION! BEFORE REGISTERING, please be sure that you can get a hotel room. Our room block is now full and we are no longer able to supply rooms at a discounted rate. However, you can still get a room at standard rates at either:
1. The Marriott Baltimore Waterfront - the site of the 2011 Conference.
2. The Courtyard Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor which is a short walk from the Marriott Baltimore Waterfront.
**Note: For those needing transportation from/to the regional airports (BWI or Reagan) please feel free to contact The Airport Shuttle whom we have worked with to secure discounted travel for conference attendees. This service is not owned, operated or managed by the Users Group and is provided for your convenience.

2. Now that you have a hotel room, complete the Corporate Membership ($300), one per company, using the instructions below.
1. Create a membership account and pay dues for your organization using this link.
2. Fill out the form for you and your organization's information. (Note: Usernames cannot contain spaces, periods or other special characters. Also, passwords must be 6 characters long and can only contain letters, numbers and underscores.)
3. Select the type of membership for your organization.
4. Check if you want your membership to auto-renew.
5. Enter a donation amount if you wish (optional).
6. Fill out any additional questions asked (e.g. version of SL, partner name, etc...).
8. Click Submit.
9. Enter a Coupon Code if you have one.
10. Click Continue.
11. Add any Additional Employee(s) that we should know about or who will attend the event.
12. Click Continue.
13. Enter your payment information.
14. Click Submit.
3. Once your Corporate Membership is completed, take advantage of Early Registration for $375 per attendee through May 20th; which is a savings of $125 per attendee. Normal registration is $500 per attendee and begins May 21st. Space is limited to 400 attendees his year. Late registration runs from August 1 to August 26th and is $600 per attendee if space is available.
1. Login to your organization's account using this link.
2. From the drop down in the top right select Current Events.
3. Click Register.
4. Enter the number of attendees.
5. If there are multiple attendees, select Same Organization in the drop down.
6. Click Submit.
7. If the attendees desired were created in prior steps, check the box next to their name to add them as an attendee. Otherwise, select Continue to add other attendees.
7. Fill out info for each attendee and select the option next to Event Admission.
8. Click Continue.
9. Verify information is correct, if not click Previous, otherwise click Continue.
10. Enter a donation amount if you wish (optional).
11. Enter payment information and click Submit.
4. After registering consider attending one of our Premium Sessions. To attend one of the sessions below please login to your organization's account using this link. For registration and payment select Current Events from the drop down and select the premium session that you are interested in and follow the prompts. The premium sessions offered are listed below:

About the Event
This year’s conference will be held at the beautiful Marriott Baltimore Waterfront at 700 Aliceanna Street on September 14-17. The Marriott Baltimore Waterfront sits on the water’s edge with spectacular views of the Baltimore Harbor as well as easy access to the city’s finest shopping, restaurants and the National Aquarium. There are plenty of entertainment and activities in the Inner Harbor so plan on bringing the family and staying thru the weekend!
The conference is exclusively devoted to Dynamics SL and supporting third party applications. Attend the conference and learn how users, like you, are using the Dynamics SL solution to drive efficiencies and to effectively manage their business. This event is unique in that it allows SL customers, 3rd party developers, consultants and Microsoft team members to interact, share ideas and discuss ways the SL solution can help your company while providing valuable feedback to the entire community.
The conference begins Wednesday evening with a welcome reception. Sessions get under way Thursday morning and conclude Friday at 5 p.m. All meals are included beginning with a plated breakfast Thursday and concluding with a hot lunch Friday.

Maximize your Conference Experience
In 2010, Premium Sessions were added allowing users to maximize their learning opportunities. Due to overwhelming popularity and positive feedback, the 2011 agenda features more premium sessions. We are hoping to include Web Services (confirmed!), Advanced Excel (confirmed!), Management Reporter and Nuts & Bolts of Distribution. Premium sessions are additional learning opportunities and are not included in the normal registration fees. The sessions will run on Wednesday and Saturday. Prices and content of these sessions will be announced soon.
Special Offer for Supporters
Supporter Fees are as follows:
- $300 for Supporter
- $675 for Gold Supporter
- $1,125 for Platinum Supporter
PLUS each attendee pays the $375, $500 or $600, depending on registration date. However, if you bring 5 NEW Memberships (regardless of # of attendees the company sends) we will give you Supporter Status at no cost, simply pay the attendance fee. If you bring 10 NEW Memberships, you get GOLD Supporter at no cost, simply pay the attendance fee. If you bring 15 NEW Memberships, you get PLATINUM Supporter status at no cost. g to receive the additional attendee registration fee, minus $100 USD processing fee. Cancellation must be received before 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on August 1, 2011. Following August 1, 2011 but NOT AFTER September 3rd, 2011 before 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), a cancellation will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid by attendee. Any cancellation after September 4th, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST), will result in NO REFUND.
